Collections Analyst, working with German language (hybrid work)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our Client from the BPO/SSC industry we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities of the future employee:

• e-mail contact with the company's customers, in German
• checking the correctness of data in customer accounts
• performing duties in the SAP system
• reminding customers of the need to pay
• checking the timeliness of receivables/payments
• forwarding overdue payments to persons working in the debt collection department
• working closely with other employees in the company
• involved in the accounting process

Requirements for candidates:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialise skills related to the accounting and finance industry
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday
• Willingness to develop in accounting, finance and other related areas
