Accountant in OTC Department, Business Customer Service with German language skills

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our BPO/SSC Client we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Tasks:

• Verification and posting of documents in the specialist system
• Daily work on customer accounts (SAP)
• Reporting and responding to queries related to financial accounts,
• Accounting for business travel expenses and other customer-related documents
• Acting in accordance with set standards,
• Compliance with deadlines
• Communication with internal customers in a foreign language
• Supporting other persons in the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience in accounting and knowledge of SAP,
• Very good knowledge of English and German (minimum level required is B2)
• University degree in a relevant field - an additional asset for the candidate
• Minimum of one year's professional experience, in an accounting, receivables department
• Availability to work full time
