Accounting & Finance Assistant with German language (Remote working)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, a multinational BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - finance and accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes, related to departments in the AR area
• Performing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Entering data into accounting systems
• Posting payments in SAP/Salesforce system
• Posting of other documents in specialised systems
• Day-to-day work in business customer accounts
• Participation in the migration of accounting processes and making changes to documents
• Generation of payment reminders and sending them to the customer
• Maintaining contact with business customers

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at B2 level
• Knowledge of German at B2/C1 level
• Interest in the accounting and finance industry and a desire to develop professionally within it
• Willingness to work full-time on a monthly basis
• A degree in accounting and finance is desirable
• Interest in the accounting industry willingness to develop within its structures
