Collections Analyst - service delivery for a German speaking company (hybrid work)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international company from the BPO/SSC sector, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - finance and accounting industry.

Main tasks of the position:

• preparing financial plans for the company
• proposing budget solutions and proposals to improve the company's operations
• monitoring payments and costs and proposing improvements
• preparation of financial analyses and reports
• creation and control of the implementation of the company's budget
• preparation of reports and data analysis
• improving existing processes and proposing
• improvements for the facility
• close cooperation with the accounting department and other departments of the company

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialize skills related to the accounting and finance industry
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to grow in accounting, finance and other related areas
