Customer Service Representative with German

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitments. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław

Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Providing information and assistance to customers with regards to bookings, flight schedules, and other airline-related services.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
