Accounting & Finance position (AR department), working with German language

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes, in connection with cooperation with a business client
• Performing basic accounting, financial and administrative activities
• Posting of correction notes, invoices and other sales documents
• Supporting the accounting team
• Generating payment reminders and sending them to the business client
• Sending enquiries to the company's business customers
• Issuing invoices and correction documents
• Coordination of data contained in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
• Correspondence with customers and other accounting departments in the company
• Preparation of analyses and reports,
• Working in SAP and other systems.

Apply if:

• You speak English and German - minimum level required is B2/C1
• Interest in the accounting and finance industry and motivation to develop in this area
• Motivation to gain experience and expand your industry knowledge
• Willingness to undertake further training in finance, accounting, customer service
• You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
• Ability to think analytically
• A degree in a field of study is welcome
