Business Customer Service, Content Analyst - SocialMedia industry job without experience

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in Customer Service - SocialMedia.

Job description:

• Analysis of content posted on social networks
• Checking posts and published videos, on websites
• Verifying whether a given posting complies with the regulations (based on the standards learnt during the training)
• Deciding whether to post or reject, published content and videos
• Creating reports for the business client
• Liaising with other people involved in the process
• Contacting the business client

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German (minimum b1/b2)
• Knowledge of English to enable free communication (minimum b2)
• Very good computer skills and an interest in the SocialMedia sector
• Ability to work full-time, on a monthly basis
• Availability from Monday to Friday (full-time work)
• Willingness to develop and motivated to work in the IT/SocialMedia industry
