Specialist for support of financial and accounting processes (OtC)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes (AR department)
• Posting of adjustment notes and other documents in the system
• Participation in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team,
• Generating payment reminders and sending them to clients
• Issuing invoices and accounting documents
• Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
• Preparing analysis and reports,
• Working in SAP and other systems.

Apply if:

• You speak English and German at min. B2 (minimum required level of foreign languages)
• You have min. one year experience in a similar position
• You are well versed in the area of accounting receivables,
• You are distinguished by your knowledge of payment enforcement issues,
• You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
• You are characterized by initiating new solutions and building positive customer relationships.
