Junior AP Accountant with Dutch language - business customer service

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting accounting processes
• Performing day-to-day accounting activities related to the position
• Posting of adjustment notes and other documents in specialized systems
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial and administrative activities
• Generating reminders for payment
• Sending reminders to customers and contacts to inform them of receivables
• Issuing invoices and correction documents,
• Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
• Preparing analyses and reports, analyzing data and proposing solutions and improvements
• Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Requirements:

• Ability to speak English and Dutch at min. B2 (knowledge of both languages required)
• Work experience, at least 6 months in a similar position
• Interest in the accounting and finance industry, customer service, etc.
• Willingness to grow in the financial industry and gain industry knowledge
• Availability to work full time
• Ability to work from Monday to Friday
• A degree in accounting, finance, etc. is welcome.
