Business Customer Assistant in AP department - German language

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes and day-to-day accounting activities, related to accounts receivable processing
• Contact with business customers, in German language
• Posting of adjustment notes and other accounting documents
• Entering other documents in the system
• Working on client accounts (SAP - and other specialized systems)
• Creating a new accounting team, for the needs of the business client
• Generating payment reminders and sending them to clients
• Issuing invoices, sales documents and other documents, related to receivables
• Correspondence with business clients, in German
• Preparing analyses and reports, analyzing data and proposing solutions and improvements
• Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Requirements:

• Ability to speak English and German at min. B2/C1
  Interest in the accounting and finance industry
• Willingness to develop in customer service
• Willingness to grow in the accounting and finance industry
• Availability to work full time on a monthly basis
• A degree in a field of study (accounting, finance, other) is welcome
