We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.
Responsibilities of the position:
- building positive relationships with customers
- daily contact by phone (to a lesser extent) and email (mainly)
- monitoring financial data in customer accounts
analyzing and updating data, in accounting systems
- monitoring the status of receivables, on accounts of business clients
- close cooperation with other persons, involved in the process
- creation of reports and other documentation, based on verified data
The work of this position requires, contact only with colleagues of the company. This position does not require much contact with business customers.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of German (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Ability to use foreign languages, mentioned above
- Ability to communicate by email in German (about 20-30% of phone calls, the rest by email contact)
- Ability to build long-term professional business relationships
- Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
- Openness to working in a hybrid mode
- Willingness to grow in accounting, finance and other related areas
- Experience is not required!!!
