Assistant of the accounting department (specialization collections) - hybrid work with German language - starting immediately

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, a multinational BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department

Main responsibilities:

• monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments that appear on customer accounts
• contacting debtors to recover receivables
• reporting, analyzing data
• preparing documents for business clients
• cooperating with people from the collection department - reporting on arrears
• observing strict rules, standards and legal regulations
• supplementing knowledge, related to the position
• operating modern accounting programs (SAP, Salesforce)

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialize existing skills
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships
• Ability to conduct conversations with business clients
• Availability to work full time
• Willingness to develop in accounting, finance and other related areas
