Assistant for accounting and finance with German language (hybrid work)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, a multinational BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes, related to departments in the AR area
• Performing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Data entry into accounting systems
• Posting payments in SAP/Salesforce system
• Posting of other documents in specialized systems
• Daily work on business client accounts
• Participating in the migration of accounting processes and making changes to documents
• Generating payment reminders and sending them to the client
• Maintaining contact with business clients

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the B2 level
• Knowledge of German at the B2/C1 level
• Interest in the accounting and finance industry and willingness to develop professionally within its structures
• Availability to work full time on a monthly basis
• A degree in a field related to accounting and finance is welcomed
• Interest in the accounting industry willingness to develop within its structures
