Specialist for handling accounting processes (OtC department) - working with the Dutch language

Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for a position related to business customer service, in the finance and accounting department

Responsibilities:

• Support of accounting processes
• Posting of adjustment notes,
• Participate in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team,
• Generating payment reminders and sending them to customers
• Issuing invoices and adjustment documents,
• Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
• Preparing analysis and reports,
• Working in SAP and other systems.

Apply if:

• You speak English and Dutch at the level of min. B2
• You have min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and/or you are well versed in the area of accounting receivables,
• You are distinguished by your knowledge of payment enforcement issues,
• You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail,
• You are characterized by initiating new solutions and building positive customer relationships.
