Collections Assistant (business customer service, with German language)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position related to business customer service, in the finance and accounting department.

Main responsibilities of the position:

  • company budget control
  • working with SAP system or other specialized programs
  • contact with business customers, in German (e-mail, phone, teams)
  • current reporting for the needs of the company (making reports on request and periodic reports)
  • close cooperation with other departments of the company
  • analysis of risks and deviations in the company and discovery of errors
  • cost monitoring on the basis of data analysis, included in reports and other documents
  • finding improvements and solutions to improve the company's situation
  • preparing cyclical reports and financial analyses

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build long-term professional business relationships, with the company's clients
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Willingness to develop in accounting, finance and other related areas
