Customer service in the accounting department, Position Junior Accountant (OtC/PtP) with German, working remotely

Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for a position in the accpunting department.

Responsibilities:

• Support of basic accounting processes
• Supporting the accounting team
• Posting of sales documents in the system
• Assist with accounting processes
• Generating payment reminders
• Contact with business customers in German language
• Issuing invoices and correction documents,
• Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
• Preparing analyses and reports for client needs
• Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Apply if:

• You speak English and German at the level of min. B2
• Knowledge of both languages and proficiency in communicating in them required
• Work experience related to customer service is welcome
• Interest in the accounting industry
• Knowledge of accounting regulations
• You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
