Business Customer Assistant for support of accounting processes with Dutch language.

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position related to business customer support, in the finance and accounting department.

Tasks:

• Verification and posting of sales documents, invoices, other industry documents
• Reporting and responding to inquiries from business customers
• Accounting for business travel expenses of company employees
• Acting in accordance with the standards set by the company
• Adherence to the set deadlines
• Contacting internal customers in Dutch
• Supporting other members of the accounting team and teams involved in the process

Requirements:

• Higher education, major - not required, but will be, however, an additional advantage for the candidate
• Minimum one-year experience in an accounting position
• Nice knowledge of SAP, Salesforce
• Very good knowledge of English and Dutch (min. B2)
• A minimum of one year's work experience, in the OtC industry, handling business customers
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
