Insurance Process Modernization Consultant with English - REMOTE WORKER

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating customized analyses to meet individual customer needs
  • Tracking and incorporating the latest challenges
  • Tracking industry trends
  • Proposing solutions and improvements to applications and processes
  • Designing, testing new features and reporting potential changes
  • Supporting the implementation of new features in existing processes
  • Automating claims processes to shorten the time to process claims
  • Establish and develop customer relationships
  • Work closely with other members of the insurance team
  • Receiving requests from customers, processing them individually and assisting in finding solutions

We expect you to have:

  • Practical experience in the insurance sector - a minimum of 2 years in an industry position
  • Nice: knowledge of the industry in the area of solving problems related to the settlement of motor claims
  • English language: minimum required level is B2
  • Ability to work independently and in a group of about 25 people
  • Knowledge and experience related to insurance platforms is also beneficial. If you are familiar with such platforms, this will be further appreciated.
