Insurance Process Modernization Consultant with English - REMOTE WORKER

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating customized analyses for individual business clients
• Tracking and incorporating the latest challenges and trends in the insurance industry
• Proposing solutions and improvements to applications and processes
• Designing, testing new features and reporting potential changes
• Supporting the implementation of new features
• Automating claims processes to shorten the processing time of motor vehicle claims
• Establishing and developing relationships with customers and other team members
• Receiving customer requests, handling them individually and assisting in finding solutions

We expect you to have:

• Practical experience in the insurance sector - a minimum of 2 years in a position related to the industry
• Nice: knowledge of the industry in the area of solving problems related to the settlement of motor claims
• English language: minimum B2 or higher
• Ability to work independently and in a group (team of about 25 people)
• Knowledge and experience related to insurance platforms is also beneficial. If you are familiar with such platforms, this will be further appreciated.
