Financial and accounting support (PtP/OtC) - working with French language

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting documentation
• Creating reports and other accounting documentation
• Controlling the correctness of data in the system
• Controlling the correctness of data in accounting documents
• Taking care of the proper circulation of information and documentation in the company
• Entering data into the accounting system
• Working with SAP system
• Analysis of sales documents and other documentation
• Correcting documents in case of discrepancies
• Supervising payments/receivables and other accounting operations
• Constant cooperation with the debt collection department
• Preparation of payment proposals for business customers (French-speaking)
• Accounting activities related to month-end closing
• Preparation of reports for the client
• Creation of other documents, for the needs of the business client
• Close cooperation with other teams involved in the process

The employer expects:

• English and French language (b2/C1)
• Freedom to communicate by phone and email
• Approximately 1-2 years of working experience in OtC/PtP
• Experience in working with SAP
• Interest in the accounting industry and willingness to get further training in this field
• Motivation and willingness to further develop in the accounting field
• Education in the field or industry courses, not required but an added advantage
• Ability to communicate with the sepool
• A task-oriented attitude
