Accounting and Administrative Assistant with German language.

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Accounting of sales documents
  • Verification of sales documents
  • Entering data into the system (SAP) on the basis of the documents held
  • Assisting in the creation of reports, statements and other documentation
  • Supporting the team in assigned activities
  • Assisting in audit activities

Requirements for candidates:

  • English - minimum B2
  • German language - minimum B2
  • Education in the field will be an added advantage
  • Work experience, in accounting/administrative work AP department - minimum one year
  • Availability to work full time (Monday-Friday)
  • Ability to communicate freely by email and telephone
  • Openness to continuing education and acquiring new skills
  • Ability to think logically and analytically
  • Interest in the accounting and finance industry
