Procurement Chain Specialist working with French language

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills who are ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing shifts, price sheets and preparing quotes, etc.
• Creating training programs
• Creating work instructions and other documentation
• Supporting the team
• Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
• Suggesting improvements
• Cooperation with other people in the company/department

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English and French- minimum level of both languages, b2
• Availability to work full time
• Education in the field or courses in procurement, will be an added advantage, but is not a prerequisite
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a derivative position
• Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word programs
• Good communication and analytical skills
