Payment Analyst - hybrid job with German language (Kraków)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Building positive relationships with customers, through contact by phone (to a lesser extent) and email (mainly)
  monitoring financial data on customer accounts
• analyzing and updating data
• monitoring the status of receivables
• working closely with other people involved in the process
• creating reports and other documentation, based on verified data

The work of this position requires, contact only with colleagues of the company. This position does not require much contact with business customers.

Requirements for candidates:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
• And good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialize existing skills
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to grow in accounting, finance and other related areas
