Order Chain Coordinator, working with French language - home office

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing of shifts, price sheets and preparation of quotes, etc.
• Creating training programs and other documents
• Creating work instructions
• Supporting the team in other tasks
• Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
• Suggesting improvements
• Cooperation with other people in the company/department

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English
• good knowledge of French
• language level at least b2, must be able to communicate freely
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday
• Education in the field will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in working with clients
• Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP specialized systems
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills
