Accounting Process Coordinator, working for a business client with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily duties, from the scope of AP/AR/T&E
  • Timeliness and reliability in performing daily duties
  • Adherence to procedures and rules, prevailing in the company
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices (SAP system)
  • Analyzing invoices for accuracy and correcting data if necessary
  • Performing periodic reports
  • Actively supporting the team in all activities
  • Other duties of the AP department - according to current needs

Requirements for candidates:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages allowing free
  • communication, English and German - knowledge of both languages required
  • Availability to work full time (work from Monday to Friday)
  • Mathematical aptitude and ability to think analytically
  • Interest in accounting topics and willingness to develop within accounting structures
  • Willingness to improve language skills
