Support to the administrative and accounting department (AR/AP) - French language

For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating accounting documentation
  • Controlling the correctness of data entered into the system
  • Taking care of the proper circulation of information between the company and the business client
  • Working with SAP system
  • Overseeing payments/receivables/transactions on client accounts
  • Overseeing other accounting activities that fall under the duties of the position
  • Constant cooperation with the accounts receivable department
  • Constant contact with business customers (email, phone teams)
  • Monthly closing activities

The employer expects:

  • English and French - minimum required language level is b2
  • Freedom to communicate in the above languages both by email and telephone
  • Knowledge of SAP system - welcome
  • Experience or education in the field - at least six months
  • Willingness to develop professionally in the financial and accounting field
  • Interest in the industry
  • Education or directional courses - are an additional advantage but not a prerequisite
