Accounting Clerk, OtC- work with French language, remote work

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing accounting documentation
• Controlling the correctness of invoices in the system
• Entering and controlling the correctness of data
• Taking care of the proper course of accounting processes
• Working in the SAP accounting system
• Overseeing payments/receivables and other operations in the accounting system
• Ongoing cooperation with the accounts receivable department
• Supporting other team members
• Preparing reports on the basis of the available data
• Analysis of accounting documents
• Creating and updating data and accounting documents
• Supporting the team

The employer expects:

• knowledge of English and French, at the level of at least B2 - knowledge of both languages required
• Ability to hold conversations in the above languages
• work with accounting system (SAP)
• availability to work full time
• a minimum of one year's work experience
• Education or directional courses - are an added advantage but not a prerequisite
