Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)- work with French language.

For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing accounting records
• Entering and controlling the correctness of data
• Taking care of the proper course of accounting processes
• Working in SAP accounting system
• Overseeing payments/receivables and other operations in the accounting system
• Ongoing cooperation with the accounts receivable department
• Supporting other team members
• Preparing reports on the basis of available data
• Controlling the correctness of invoices in the system
• Analyzing accounting documents and other documents (as requested by the client)
• Creating and updating data and accounting documents
• Supporting the team

The employer expects:

• knowledge of English and French - knowledge of both languages required
• ease in communication by e-mail, telephone and in the use of chat or temas applications
• freedom to establish and maintain positive relations with business clients
• work with a specialized system (SAP-or other industry-specific programs)
• availability to work from Monday to Friday (full time)
• A minimum of one year's work experience
• Education or directional courses - are an added advantage but not a prerequisite
