Verification of payments, financial and administrative department, working with German language - first job

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to verification of payments
  • Ensuring that procedures established in the company are followed
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices and other sales documents
  • Verifying sales documents
  • Entering data into the system based on the documents obtained
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AR operations
  • Assisting in the creation of reports for the needs of the business client
  • Analyzing data contained in the system
  • Preparation of payment proposals
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in the field of AR)
  • Cooperation with the team in audit activities
  • Updating documents
  • Deputizing team members as necessary
  • Performing other AR duties

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • Good good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Industry experience related to customer service in terms of finance and accounting - an added advantage for the candidate
  • Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
  • Availability to work full time on a monthly basis
  • Willingness to grow in the area of order management
