Invoice Verification and Customer Contact with Portuguese Language Skills

Currently for our Client from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure they are properly documented and approved
• Contact customers to clarify invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues or disputes
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to invoicing or payments
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on invoice verification performance

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or invoice verification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
