Salesforce EPC Architect
The main Salesforce project is a B2B portal that supports all customer sales. Both the customer's business partners (who can resell products to end customers) and the end customers themselves can shop on the portal. Based on different target groups, the portal shows them dedicated views and dedicated products (Audiences & Buyer Groups).
We want to extend the project of the component similar in structure to the Enterprise Product Catalog module (but we won"t use EPC itself). Simple - we want to write the EPC-like module from scratch.
The person we"re looking for should be able to understand the architecture of EPC and how it connects to the Salesforce core.
The main tasks would be
- describe and plan the overall architecture
- forecast and plan the involvement of team members needed to develop the planned architecture
- be a part of the development team
The resulting product would be an automatic provisioning system - in other words a system capable to do an automatic configuration of the system"s parts depending on the user"s purchases.
Requirements:
- min. 5 years Salesforce experience
- previous Software Architect experience
- Salesforce Communication Cloud experience (at least 2-3 completed projects)
- Knowledge of Salesforce EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Understanding of TM Forum model (Resource Service, Offer, Product Spec, CFS, RFS)
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Good English written and spoken (solid B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
