Accounting Assistant, for a business client with German language remote work

Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to payments, receivables
  • Performing other accounting and administrative activities
  • Taking care to maintain procedures, related to accounting work
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices and other accounting documents
  • Verifying sales documents for accuracy and correcting them
  • Entering data into the system on the basis of received documents
  • Updating data in the system and entering data, based on other documents
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AP operations
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in terms of AP)
  • Cooperation with the team in audit activities
  • Substituting for team members and supporting them on a daily basis

Requirements for candidates:

  • Knowledge of English minimum B2
  • Knowledge of German language B2/C1 level
  • Availability to work full time (work from Monday to Friday)
  • Ability to think analytically and interest in accounting, finance and related industries
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Ability to work in a team as well as make decisions independently
  • Willingness to learn and openness to directional training
  • Openness to development and improvement of qualifications
  • First experience in economics or administration - a minimum of one year
  • Education in direction will be an advantage!
