Junior AP accounting specialist with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Performing daily tasks related to controlling payments
• Performing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Adhering to policies and procedures established within the company
• Verifying and posting sales documents (as part of AP activities)
• Verifying sales documents for accuracy
• Contact with suppliers, business partners and other departments regarding daily AP operations
• Assisting in the creation of reports, e.g. closing of the accounting period and others
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Negotiations (supporting the team)
• Cooperation with the team in audit activities
• Updating documents (e.g. instructions)

Requirements for candidates:

• English - B1/B2 level
• German language - level B2/C1
• Experience in a similar position
• Availability to work 5 days a week
• Positive attitude to work
• Professional performance of assigned duties
• Motivation to improve professional qualifications
• Concentration on assigned tasks and ability to act independently
• Continuous improvement of professional qualifications and skills

First experience in economics or administration or a degree in the field will be an advantage!
