Accounting and administrative assistant with German language - hybrid job

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Working on accounting systems (SAP)
  • Adhering to the company's procedures and internal arrangements
  • Performing duties related to the position
  • Accurate and reliable performance of assigned duties
  • Verification and posting of sales documents and other documents belonging to the employee's duties
  • Verification of sales documents - checking their correctness
  • Entering data into the system on the basis of available data
  • Contact with suppliers and business partners, in accordance with AP duties
  • Assist in the creation of reports, statements and other documentation
  • Analyzing and interpreting accounting data
  • Preparation of payment proposals, statements and reports and other documents (as requested by the client)
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in the field of AP)
  • Assisting in audit activities
  • Substituting for team members when necessary
  • Performing other duties within the scope of AP

Requirements for candidates:

  • English - minimum B2
  • German language - minimum B2
  • Availability to work full time
  • Ability to communicate freely in the above languages
  • Openness to continuous training and development of existing skills
  • Ability to think logically and analytically,
  • Interest in the industry and mathematics
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve professional qualifications
