Junior Customer Service Assistant AP department with German (hybrid job)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Performing daily tasks related to controlling payments
• Performing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Adhering to policies and procedures established within the company
• Checking and posting sales documents (as part of AP activities)
• Verifying sales documents for accuracy
• Contact with suppliers, business partners and other departments regarding daily AP operations
• Assisting in the creation of reports, e.g. closing of the accounting period and others
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Negotiations (supporting the team)
• Cooperation with the team in audit activities
• Updating documents (e.g. instructions)

Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of English - B1/B2 level
• Knowledge of German language - level B2/C1
• A minimum of one year's work experience, related to customer service in the AP department
• Availability to work full time
• Positive attitude to work
• Professionalism in assigned duties
• Motivation to improve professional skills
• Concentration on assigned tasks
• Continuous improvement of professional qualifications and skills
