Agile Coach (hybrid in Kraków)

Currently, our client who is the world's largest provider of domestic and cross-border settlement and related services for bond, equity, and fund transactions, is looking for an Agile Coach (on-site in Krakow).

What you will do:

• Working collaboratively together with your international Agile Coach colleagues;
• Building and developing High Performing Teams;
• Facilitating reviews, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, sprint- and planning sessions;
• Stimulating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization;
• Ensuring that team members take joint ownership for realizing value and that they commit to clear and common objectives and customer promises (purpose);
• Solving problems in a creative way and eliminate obstacles;
• Having a very strong Agile Mindset;
• Having the passion to coach others, and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation;
• Encouraging people to create good self-awareness, ask for feedback, and focus on Continuous Improvement;
• Taking the environment into account and adjust your approach accordingly to the situation;
• Being self-steering, proactive, organized and can determine independently what needs to be done;
• Having an attitude to continuously improve the way of working and you stimulating cross-border interaction and alignment between colleagues across the Bank;
• Stimulating the sharing of experience "best- and worst practices", knowledge and information with the other ING Agile coaches.

Our requairements:

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD;
• Deep knowledge of and experience with Agile Methods;
• Perfect experience with Scrum and/or Kanban;
• Experience in change, evolution, training, coaching and or People Management roles.
