Technical support for an individual client- working with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Tasks of the position:

• Receiving requests from a German-speaking customer
• Responding to inquiries via chat, email or telephone
• Providing technical support to customers
• Building permanent and positive relations with the customer
• Providing advice on IT issues
• Finding and proposing solutions tailored to the customer
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Referring problems to the second line of support when the situation cannot be resolved
• Creating documentation for customer needs
• Reliable performance of assigned duties

Requirements for candidates:

• English and German, minimum expected level is B2
• Important: knowledge of both languages required
• a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position (customer service, IT industry, front desk)
• freedom to hold conversations in both languages
• availability to work 5 times a week, 8 hours at a time
• Ability to prioritize daily duties
• responsibility and conscientiousness
• openness to new professional challenges
