For our Client we are looking for a Java Tech Lead!
Some of the assignments you can look forward to as part of the team will be:
* Working in international Scrum Team to deliver Business critical solutions in close cooperation with Product Owner
* Developing and technically owning backend (Java 11+/Spring,Event-Driven Architecture) and frontend (TypeScirpt/React) applications hosted in Azure Cloud
* Build and maintain technical backlog together with Team and Architects. Communicate it clearly to Product Owner to help him effectively prioritize tasks.
* Propose and support technical improvements/modernizations like migrations, refactoring, performance and cost optimisation etc....
* Support, coach and develop skills of Team members
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
* 7+ years of solid commercial experience working with Java
* Ability to understand high level development plan with emerging dependencies based on product backlog (both business requirements and technical improvements)
* Ability to coordinate internally within the Team (when required) and externally with Product Owner and other Teams
* Passion for writing well-structured and easily maintainable code
* Natural strive for continuous improvement
* Strong communication and cooperation skills
* Strong technical ownership of products being developed
* Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and non-sql databases (MongoDB).
* Knowledge of modern backend (Spring) and frontend (React) frameworks
* Knowledge of modern tooling (Jenkins, Azure Devops, maven, git, flyway, Jira) and practices (Clean Code, TTD, pair programming)
* Knowledge of Azure or other Cloud technology
