Analyst in accounting department, collections specialization with German language (hybrid job)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Main tasks on the position

• e-mail contact with the company's clients, in German
  using English, for daily internal communication
• checking the correctness of data in customer accounts and correcting them
• performing duties in the SAP system
• reminding about the necessity of payment (directing
• reminders to customers)
• checking the timeliness of receivables/payments
• transferring overdue payments to the debt collection department
• close cooperation with other employees in the company involved in the accounting process

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. B1/B2)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Willingness to acquire and specialize existing skills
• Motivation for continuous learning and further training
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to grow in accounting, finance and other related areas
