Mail Migration- international customer service with German language (remote work)

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the future employee:

• Daily contact with the customer in German language
• Fluent knowledge of messaging platform
• Ability to work in email systems like Lotus Domino,
• Microsoft Exchange online messaging platform.
• Ability to evaluate existing email systems
• Reporting to the client regarding the progress of the work
• Ability to analyze data in systems
• Hatching technical problems and fixing them
• Coordinating work within the migration team and providing ongoing assistance to team members

Requirements for candidates:

• English language, expected level b2/c1
• German language, expected level b2/c1
• Important: knowledge of both foreign languages mentioned above required
• required knowledge of systems such as: Quest, Binary-Tree or Bit-Titan
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripts is an additional advantage
• A minimum of one year experience related to a similar position
• analytical skills
• e-mail and Temas communication skills
• Availability to work full time
• ability to manage own time
• openness to new professional challenges and willingness to learn
