Assistant accountant, accounting and administrative department with German language skills - remote work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Your responsibilities in the position:

  • learning accounting-administrative processes and supporting these processes
  • issuing and posting of invoices in systems such as SAP/Salesforce
  • execution of current payments in the system
    posting of offsets and payroll
  • reconciling settlements with counterparties and the status of their turnover and balances

Requirements:

  • knowledge of English and German (minimum level: B2)
  • Required: ability to speak both foreign languages
  • experience in the accounting industry: a minimum of six
  • months of experience in AP, however, its possession, will be an additional advantage but is not a prerequisite
  • availability to work full time
  • Availability to work full time
  • knowledge of SAP/Salesforce: not required
  • accounting education, will be an added advantage
