Administration and accounting, job for graduates with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Reliability and accuracy, while performing administrative and accounting activities
  • AP/R activities
  • Cooperation with other team members
  • Business customer service (email, chat, phone)
  • Checking and posting of invoices, in the accounting system
  • Working in specialized system, SAP
  • Analysis of documents
  • Correction of documents
  • Updating and creating work instructions, reports, statements
  • Preparation of reports and analysis of documents

Required:

  • Knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of German language
  • Comfortable with the use of communicators (email, chat, telephone)
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to grow in the accounting/administrative/customer service industry
  • Open-minded, open to further training
  • Availability to work from the office 1-2 times per week (office in Poznan)
  • Experience in economics, accounting, administration or education in the field will be an added advantage
