Business customer service in logistics processes - German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities

• Mail and telephone contact with business customers
• Daily work in German
• Contact with business customers - e-mail, telephone.
• Specifying the needs of business customers
• Taking orders by e-mail and telephone
• Entering orders into SAP/Salesforce system
• Processing and processing orders in the system (working on customer accounts)
• Controlling the process related to orders
• Contact with suppliers
• Controlling the entire order chain
• Charge receivables for completed orders

Apply if:

• You speak English at a minimum B2 level
• You speak German at a level of min. B2/C1
• Important: knowledge of both languages mentioned above required
• You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or you have a good understanding of the area
• You are familiar with order processing systems such as SAP/Salesforce
