Business client administrative/personal assistant, German language work

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills who are ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Management of personal data and data in personnel documents
- Daily work related to PayRoll
- Provide customer service, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assisting in the creation of documents and correcting them, in case of errors
- Approval and processing of applications for benefits and other requests, issued by employees
- Reviewing applications for accuracy and correcting them if necessary
- Assisting in the creation of payroll and accounting for overtime
- Providing data for payroll and verifying it
- Managing data and specialized employee systems
- Reporting for business client needs and contact in German
The employer expects:
- communicative knowledge of German
- Communicative knowledge of English
- minimum required level B2/C1 for both languages
- experience in customer service
- experience in administrative/personal work
- Technical, administrative and business support
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, during standard hours
- Willingness to develop professionally in the direction of HR
