Business client administrative/personal assistant, German language work

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills who are ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Management of personal data and data in personnel documents
  • Daily work related to PayRoll
  • Provide customer service, in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the creation of documents and correcting them, in case of errors
  • Approval and processing of applications for benefits and other requests, issued by employees
  • Reviewing applications for accuracy and correcting them if necessary
  • Assisting in the creation of payroll and accounting for overtime
  • Providing data for payroll and verifying it
  • Managing data and specialized employee systems
  • Reporting for business client needs and contact in German

The employer expects:

  • communicative knowledge of German
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • minimum required level B2/C1 for both languages
  • experience in customer service
  • experience in administrative/personal work
  • Technical, administrative and business support
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, during standard hours
  • Willingness to develop professionally in the direction of HR
