Accountabilities may include:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and create the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
- Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools (e.g. Xing or Linked-In)
- Manage clients’ expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters
- Produce timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
- Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively, managing multiple campaigns
- Undertake market mapping projects
Requirements:
- You have significant experience in the identification, attraction and engagement of difficult to find technical candidates ideally on the international markets and are looking to move into a role where this will be your key focus.
- You are skilled influencer of stakeholders across all levels and believe that an effective recruitment outcome is dependent on the quality of the talent pipeline that feeds into it.
- Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
- You should be fluent in English and Dutch or French or German or Spanish.
