Junior Personal Administration Specialist

You will be responsible for:

  • Realization of personal administration policy for internal employees,
  • Contacting with accepted candidates to prepare documents,
  • Preparing and distributing job contracts and amendments,
  • Work with the Payroll to prepare the data necessary to calculate payrolls for employees,
  • Entry data and administration of HR and payroll program,
  • Cooperation with external vendors that deliver benefits,
  • Administering of benefits programs e.g. sports cards and life insurance,
  • Checking the validity of medical examinations and OSH training,
  • Preparing medical referrals,
  • Preparing documents for leavers,
  • Administering the database and employees’ documentation,
  • Participating in the development and implementation of internal procedures and HR policies,
  • Preparation of various of HR reports,
  • Support and advice on hiring/dismissing employees.

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in working in a similar position,
  • Practical knowledge of labor law,
  • Very good knowledge of the English language - as a must,
  • Higher education,
  • Accuracy and meticulousness,
