PL/SQL Programmer

In Cyclad we work with a top international IT services provider in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. The teams are dispersed among the Europe but the core development team and management is located in Katowice. There are therefore multiple development opportunities and we want you to become a part of this great team. We are searching for PL/SQL Programmer with versatile background who will have the chance to create new and development of software for production services. On the one hand, the system exchanges data with the company's SAP systems (order processing, inventory), and on the other hand, it is available directly on the production lines to provide operators access to orders and recipes. Additionally, using a special interface (called GASI) it is connected to robots.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Development of production software: Oracle database, frontend in Gupta SQL Windows technology
  • Development and maintenance of the interface for robots (Visual Basic)
  • Preparation and implementation of new functionality and patches (SQL scripts, Unix / Linux scripts)
  • Support for the currently operating system: problem solving with SLQ and PL / SQL code, patch on the interface side (Gupta SQL Windows)

Qualifications:

  • About 2 years of experience as a programmer
  • Experience in SQL; the ability to analyze SQL queries, the ability to create SQL queries
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in Gupta SQL Windows
