Our Client is a prestigious SSC company established in the USA and operating internationally. Currently looking to fill in the position of: Payroll Specialist
Your role:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of EMEA region employees
- Manage payroll data and matters regarding payroll processing and reporting
- Collaborate with other company areas (e.g. HR Teams, Finance & Treasury)
- Respond to employees' inquiries
- Contribute to building a stimulating and innovative environment
- Implement the key principles of LEAN methodologies
- Handle ad hoc projects
Ideal Candidate possesses:
- 2/3 years of payroll experience across EMEA countries
- Strong communication skills in English
- Fluency in another European language will be an asset
- Analytical approach
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent work organization
- Problem solving skills
