We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position: Campus Startup Community Coordinator.
If you think you would be good in:
- Work in dynamic, multicultural environment,
- Building strong community connections between al the people in the campus (understanding their needs, facilitate their user experience),
- Arranging and organizing the future shape of Campus to make it more friendly for people full of innovational ideas (build new spaces)
- Delivering excellent Campus experience for guests, startups members and partners,
- Acting as a go-to person for physical operational issues, managing vendors and contractors, solve urgent issues,
- Managing events, finance, development plans, relationships with external organizations for all Campus operation,
You also represent:
- Relevant experience (4-5 years) with solid project/office management skills,
- Passion about entrepreneurship, community oriented, known for getting things done.
- Solid knowledge about Polish startup ecosystem,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Operational leader abilities (manage several time-sensitive projects at once)
- Highly detail-orientation with ability to step back and get the big picture,
- Fluency in Polish and English
