IT Sales Support Specialist

For our client, from IT sector who provide diverse ISO certified cloud services worldwide.
We are looking for:
IT Sales Support Specialist

Key functions:

• Processing new sales leads, handling correspondence
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information in the company, work in the CRM
• Customer service by phone,
• Handling orders and inquiries,
• Maintaining and caring for good contacts with existing clients and partners,
• Support in the preparation of offers and contracts,
• First line of customer support, coordination of solutions with the IT support team,
• Issuing invoices,
• Keeping documentation up to date and preparing reports,
• Supporting marketing activities, sending mailings,

• Good customer care skills
• Experience in the sales support department or the customer service department is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very good written and verbal English (cooperation in an international team)
